How long does it normally take for my pacifier clip to ship?
A: We offer free shipping nationally and internationally. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class, which typically takes 3-6 business days excluding weekends and holidays and may vary depending on package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Once your order is placed it normally takes 2-3 business days to ship out..

Will my information be given out after I purchase products from your site?

What are your normal business hours?
A: Paperclips and More... is open normally Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m PST. All e-mail is check on the weekends to ensure quick shipment of clips on Monday mornings if possible.

What form of payments do you accept.
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover card through Paypal.
Paypal has easy registration at their site at www.paypal.com. Through their website you can pay with credit card or echeck.
Q: Care and Use
Are your paci clips dishwasher or washing machine safe?
A: Paci Clips are NOT dishwasher/washing machine safe. Hand wash your pacifier clip with warm, soapy water and lay flat to dry. If you accidentally forget to take it off baby's clothing and it gets put in the washing machine, it will hold up fine, but I recommend hand-washing as it retains the strength of the linen longer. Please do not put your pacifier clips into the dishwasher to clean. The very high-temperature, moisture-rich environment will make the gripper part of the clip rust.

What kind of package does pacifier clip comes in?
A: Your pacifier clip will come packaged for gift-giving in cellophane sleeve with professional information card. They make a perfect baby shower gift. If you would like your order shipped directly to its recipient, please contact me to make arrangements and a greeting card will be included free of charge.

Q: Safety
What do I need to know about safety?
A: Please note, safety is the absolute top priority when making these pacifier clips. There are intentionally no beads, crystals, strings, or other small parts which could break off and become chocking hazards. All materials are baby-friendly and currently comply with Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act including being tested for lead. Please discard your pacifier clip if the structural integrity begins to look compromised. This item is not intended as a toy; as with all items, do not leave your child unsupervised.
